The provisions of this book are automatically applicable in Martinique, subject to the adaptations provided for in this title: 1° In Article R. 615-2, the words: “and the transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1” are deleted; 2° In Article R. 621-2, the words: “Subject to the provisions of Article R. 621-4,” are deleted; 3° Article R. 621-4 is not applicable.
