Subsection 2: Special notification procedures

The decision to interrupt the period of voluntary departure provided for in article L. 612-5 shall be notified through administrative channels.

The prohibition on returning to French territory issued pursuant to article L. 612-7 is notified through administrative channels.The same applies to the decision to extend a prohibition on returning, provided for in article L. 612-11.
