Subsection 1: Provisions common to local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution

For the application of this book in the collectivities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution:1° References to the prefect are replaced by references to the representative of the State in the collectivity and references to the prefecture are replaced by references to the State services in the collectivity;2° The provisions of Title VII do not apply;3° Article R. 581-19 does not apply.
