The offer of care made to the asylum seeker in application of article L. 551-9 shall mention the possibility for the asylum seeker to be refused the benefit of material reception conditions or for these to be terminated under the conditions laid down by articles L. 551-15, L. 551-16 and D. 551-17 to R. 551-23.
