Subsection 1: Communication of the appeal and pleadings

The appeal is communicated to the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons.The Office immediately transmits the applicant’s file to the National Court of Asylum, which keeps it available for the applicant.The other pleadings and documents produced by the applicant are communicated to the Office if they contain new elements.
