Section 8: Appeal procedures

The decisions of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile may be appealed to the Conseil d’Etat, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 821-1 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Justice.

Where a decision of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile is vitiated by a material error likely to have had an influence on the judgment of the case, the interested party may lodge an appeal with the court for rectification.This appeal shall be lodged within one month of the day of notification of the decision whose rectification is requested.
