Section 3: Information and delivery of documents

Asylum seekers whose application falls within the jurisdiction of France will be given the form referred to in Article R. 531-3 enabling them to submit their application to the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons in accordance with the procedure laid down in the same Article. .
