Article R540-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum
In accordance with article R. 240-1, the provisions of this title apply to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by Book II.

Foreign nationals applying for renewal of their asylum application certificate must submit, in support of their application, the declaration of domicile provided for in article R. 551-8 or proof of address if they have a stable place of residence. .
