The Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration is responsible for carrying out the medical examination of family members for whom the benefit of family reunification is requested.
The conditions under which the medical examination referred to in article R. 434-31 is carried out are set by joint order of the minister responsible for integration and the minister responsible for health.
