Subsection 2: Spouse and children of a foreign national holding long-term resident-EU status in another EU Member State

The spouse or child who has entered French territory as a minor, mentioned in Articles L. 426-12 or L. 426-13, who applies for the issue of a temporary residence permit bearing the wording “private and family life” pursuant to these articles or a multi-annual residence permit on the basis of Article L. 433-4 must submit their application within three months of their entry into France.
