Article R421-37 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The multiannual residence permit bearing the “talent passport (family)” mention provided for in articles L. 421-22 or L. 421-23 is withdrawn from the spouse and adult children of the foreign national holding the multiannual residence permit bearing the “talent passport” mention provided for in article L. 421-18 who has it withdrawn pursuant to article R. 421-36.
