The administrative authority referred to in articles L. 251-1, L. 251-3 and L. 251-4 is the département prefect and, in Paris, the police prefect.
The notification of the decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory issued pursuant to article L. 251-1 shall mention the time limit for leaving the territory. .
The submission, investigation and adjudication of the appeals referred to in Article L. 251-7 are governed by the rules set out in Article R. 614-1.
