Chapter IV: PROVISIONS APPLICABLE IN THE WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Decree no. 2020-1734 of 16 December 2020, unless otherwise stated in the table below.

The president of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile may take the necessary measures for the constitution and operation of panels of the court sitting in the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
