The right to object provided for in Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and in Article 56 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 does not apply to the processing operations mentioned in Article R. 142-43.

The data recorded in the processing operations mentioned in Article R. 142-43 may not be interconnected, linked or reconciled with any other automated processing of personal data.
