The threshold provided for in Article L. 441-5 is set at 500,000 euros.

The provisions of Article L. 441-8 do not apply to contracts of sale containing stipulations justifying their classification as financial contracts within the meaning of III of Article L. 211-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, or stipulations which provide for the conclusion of a financial contract to determine the price.
