For the processing of registration declarations and applications for authorisation or declarations prior to the exercise of the activity, the provisions of article R. 123-1 with the exception of 1° of I, article R. 123-4 with the exception of I, article R. 123-7, article R. 123-10 and articles R. 123-10 to R. 123-14 are applicable.

The provisions of articles R. 123-30-1 to R. 123-30-6 are applicable to the processing of registration declarations and applications for authorisation or declarations prior to the exercise of the activity transmitted by electronic means, subject to the provisions of article R. 123-1, II of article R. 123-4 and articles R. 123-5 to R. 123-8.
