Associate practitioners receive, after service rendered : 1° Flat-rate monthly emoluments, the amount of which, which varies according to the grade occupied, is set by joint order of the ministers responsible for health, the budget and the civil service. These emoluments follow the trend in civil service salaries as determined by the Minister for Health; 2° Bonuses and allowances, the list of which is set by decree.

Article R6152-912-1 of the French Public Health Code
