Subsection 2: Representation of organisations

The list of organisations referred to in Article L. 7343-2 recognised as representative of the sectors referred to in Article L. 7343-1 is drawn up, on behalf of the State, by the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi referred to in Article L. 7345-1, after consulting its Board of Directors and in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
