Paragraph 3: Unified group nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care committee

Subject to the provisions of this paragraph, the organisation and operation of the unified group nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care committee follow the same rules as those applicable to the establishment nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care committee, defined in section 2 of chapter VI of title IV of book I of part six of this code.

The constitutive agreement specifies the number and distribution of seats and determines the election and appointment procedures within the grouping’s unified nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care commission, in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph.

The group’s unified nursing, re-education and medico-technical care committee meets at least three times a year. It has its own rules of procedure and an executive committee. It is convened by its Chairman. Minutes of each meeting of the Commission are sent to the Chairman of the Strategy Committee and to the members of the Commission within a fortnight. Each year, the chairman of the committee shall give an account of the activities of the Nursing, Rehabilitation and Medico-Technical Committee in a report to the Strategy Committee.
