Each employees’ organisation has two seats in the employees’ college. It appoints its representatives from among the representatives mentioned in Article D. 7343-61. It may appoint an alternate from among these same representatives.

The platforms’ college has a number of seats equal to the number of seats in the employees’ college, divided equally between the various platform organisations. If the number of seats does not allow for equal distribution, the remaining seats are allocated among the platform organisations with the largest audience, on the basis of one seat per organisation. Travel and subsistence expenses incurred by employee representatives appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12 in attending meetings of the negotiating committee shall be advanced by the representative or the organisation that appointed him and reimbursed by the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, under the conditions laid down in the regulations applicable to civil servants of the French State.
