Section 2: Relations with the partner health care organisation

The birth centre has direct access to the partner health facility. This access enables it to provide safe, non-motorised transport for parturients and newborns in a lying position, in medical situations that require it and in conditions compatible with the emergency.

The birthing centre is a member of the same specific regional perinatal scheme as the health establishment authorised to provide gynaecology-obstetrics care, with which it has signed an agreement.
