Paragraph 1: Informal appeals

Prior to the challenge provided for in Article L. 7343-10, the elector or a representative designated by him shall submit an appeal to the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi concerning registration on the electoral roll. An order by the Minister for Employment specifies the procedures for submitting the appeal referred to in Article R. 7343-12.

The decision of the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi is notified to the applicant within ten days of the date of receipt of the appeal. If the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi remains silent on expiry of the ten-day period referred to in the first paragraph, this will be deemed to constitute a rejection decision.

The time limits set by articles R. 7343-12 and R. 7343-14 are calculated and extended in accordance with the provisions of articles 640 to 642 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
