Paragraph 1: The Voting Operations Committee

A Voting Operations Committee is set up under the authority of the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.

The Commission des opérations de vote comprises: 1° Two representatives of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi appointed by the director general of this authority, one of whom acts as chairman and the other as secretary; 2° The representative of each candidate organisation mentioned in Article R. 7343-26.

The Voting Operations Committee shall be convened by its Chairman, who shall set the agenda. The meeting may be convened by any means. The same applies to any papers or documents required to prepare the meeting or drawn up following the meeting.
