Paragraph 3: Electronic voting

Voting takes place electronically. The system enables voters to cast their votes securely. To this end, two computer files are created for each ballot on the basis of the processing mentioned in article R. 7343-3. Voters are informed of the procedures for accessing the electronic voting system and the general operation of the ballot on the website provided for in article R. 7343-10 during the week preceding the first day of the ballot.
