For each election, electronic voting operations are supervised by a polling station specific to each sector of activity.
A polling station is presided over by a serving or honorary magistrate from the judiciary, appointed by the president of the Social Division of the Cour de cassation. The polling station is assisted by a technical committee comprising the independent expert provided for in Article R. 7343-4 and two members appointed by decision of the Director General of the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.
For each election, the polling station draws up a report of the electronic vote consisting of numbered pages. Any event occurring during the ballot, any decision taken by the polling station or any intervention carried out on the voting system are immediately recorded in the minutes and are the subject of a record whose integrity is guaranteed. Each candidate organisation may appoint three delegates who are authorised to monitor all voting operations and to record any observations in the minutes. Access to the polling station is guaranteed to these delegates, with a limit of two delegates per organisation at any one time.
