Paragraph 10: Special conditions for the "addictive behaviour" option

In addition to the premises provided for in article D. 6124-177-1, the authorised site includes a communal living area and spaces allowing the patient’s family and friends to participate.

In addition to the teams provided for in article D. 6124-177-3, the multidisciplinary team includes at least one psychologist. The members of the multidisciplinary team must have proven training or experience in addiction treatment.

The coordinating doctor has proven training or experience in addictology.

Depending on the patient’s clinical condition, the authorisation holder offers each patient treatment in at least two of the following therapeutic practices: -psychological care; -therapeutic education; -energy therapy; -psychomotricity; -dietary therapy; -adapted physical activity.

Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least two individual or group treatment sequences are provided each working day in the case of full hospitalisation, or each time a patient is admitted on a part-time basis. Whenever necessary, on the basis of a medical proposal and with the patient’s agreement, they may involve one or more members of the patient’s family.
