Paragraph 9: Special conditions for the "burnt" label

I.-The holder of the authorisation has the following facilities on site: 1° A shower; 2° A balneotherapy facility. II.-The holder of the authorisation has the following facilities on site or by agreement: 1° A workshop for fitting technical aids; 2° A workshop for fitting and making prostheses; 3° A movement analysis laboratory.

In addition to the teams provided for in article D. 6124-177-3, the multidisciplinary team includes: 1° At least one physiotherapist; 2° At least one occupational therapist; 3° At least one speech therapist; 4° At least one dietician; 5° At least one psychologist; 6° At least one prosthetist or orthotist. Nurses and masseur-physiotherapists must have training or proven experience in the care of burn victims.

The coordinating doctor specialises in physical and rehabilitation medicine or has training or proven experience in the treatment of burn victims.

In addition to the premises provided for in Article D. 6124-177-1, the authorised site includes a specific asepsis and dressing room.

The authorisation holder offers each patient, depending on their clinical condition, treatment in at least two of the following therapeutic practices: -masso-kinésithérapie; -ergothérapie; -orthophonie; -psychomotricité; -diététique; -prise en charge psychologique ; -Orthoprosthetics.
