Paragraph 4: Special conditions for the "locomotor" option

In addition to the premises provided for in Article D. 6124-177-1, the authorised site includes one or more rooms simulating a living space.

I.-The authorisation holder has on site : electro-physiotherapy equipment ; -a balneotherapy facility or a body weight reduction system. II – The authorisation holder provides access, on site or by agreement, to -a workshop for fitting technical aids and prostheses ; -a movement analysis laboratory.

In addition to the teams provided for in article D. 6124-177-3, the multidisciplinary team includes: 1° At least one physiotherapist; 2° At least one occupational therapist; 3° At least one psychologist.

The coordinating doctor specialises in physical and rehabilitation medicine or rheumatology, and in this case has proven training or experience in rehabilitation.

The authorisation holder offers each patient, depending on their clinical condition, treatment in at least three of the following therapeutic practices: -masso-kinésithérapie; -ergothérapie; -orthoprothésie; -psychomotricité; -psychological treatment; -adapted physical activity.

Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least two treatment sequences, including at least one sequence of individualised care, are given to each patient on each working day in the case of full hospitalisation or on each visit in the case of part-time hospitalisation.
