In addition to the teams provided for in article D. 6124-177-3, the multidisciplinary team includes at least one masseur-physiotherapist.
The coordinating doctor has proven training or experience in rehabilitation.
Depending on the patient’s clinical condition, the authorisation holder offers each patient treatment in at least two of the following therapeutic areas: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech therapy, psychological care, psychomotor therapy and adapted physical activity.
Care is organised in such a way that, depending on the patient’s clinical condition, at least one individual or group treatment sequence is given to each patient every working day in the case of full hospitalisation, or every time a patient comes for part-time hospitalisation.
