Contractual practitioners carry out the medical acts of diagnosis, treatment and emergency care provided by public health establishments and participate in the missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 and L. 6112-1. They participate in the management tasks implied by their duties. They may also carry out non-clinical activities under the conditions laid down in article R. 6152-826.
