If the Office des postes et télécommunications fails to comply with its obligations under of section 8 of this chapter, the Inspectorate General of Finance may refer the matter to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution for the imposition of one of the penalties provided for in Article L. 612-39.
