In order to encourage employees to remain in work, employees who have been off work for more than 30 days are entitled to a pre-reinstatement visit.

In order to encourage employees to remain in work, employees who have been off work for more than 30 days are entitled to a pre-reinstatement visit.
During the pre-reinstatement examination, the occupational physician may recommend: 1° Adaptations and adjustments to the workstation; 2° Recommendations for redeployment; 3° Vocational training to be organised with a view to facilitating the redeployment of the worker or his professional reorientation.
