Subsection 4: Application, revision and termination of sectoral collective agreements

Sector collective agreements are applicable, unless otherwise stipulated, from the day following their filing under the conditions provided for in article L. 7343-35.

I.-A collective agreement of indefinite duration may be terminated by the signatory parties. In the absence of an express stipulation, the period of notice that must precede termination is three months. The other signatories to the agreement are notified of the denunciation by its author.
