Paragraph 1: Terms and conditions for funding social dialogue training by the Labour Relations Authority for employment platforms

Expenses relating to the remuneration of training bodies providing the training mentioned in article R. 7343-72 are paid by the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi mentioned in article L. 7345-1, up to a ceiling, per day and per trainee, defined by order of the Minister for Employment. This order also defines the terms and conditions for payment of this remuneration.

The travel and subsistence expenses for the training of the representatives appointed in application of article L. 7343-12 are advanced by the representative or by the association or organisation that appointed him and reimbursed by the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, under the conditions laid down in the regulations applicable to civil servants of the State.
