Paragraph 1: General provisions

I. – Every critical care unit includes at least the following sectors: 1° A reception area with at least one room for patients’ relatives to relax in and a room dedicated to discussions between the care team and families, with due regard for confidentiality ; 2° An inpatient sector consisting of individual rooms with equipment adapted to the age, safety of care and comfort of patients, while respecting their privacy….
