The following are not subject to authorisation for cancer treatment: 1° Holders of an authorisation to carry out nuclear medicine or interventional radiology care activities when they carry out diagnostic or therapeutic cancer procedures related to this authorisation; 2° Health establishments or persons who participate in the local care of cancer patients in association with an authorisation holder, by providing these patients with medical and rehabilitation care or palliative care.
