The number of platforms that are members of the candidate organisations is assessed as at 31 December of the year preceding the year of the declaration of candidacy provided for in article L. 7343-23.

To be taken into account, the member must have paid, by 31 March of the year of the declaration of candidacy provided for in article L. 7343-23, all the contributions due for the previous year.

Applications from platform organisations shall be submitted electronically to the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority under the conditions laid down by decision of the Director General. This decision sets the period for submitting applications.

A platform organisation that wishes to establish its representativeness pursuant to Article L. 7343-23 in several sectors shall file a declaration of candidacy for each of the sectors in which it is a candidate.

The Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, which is responsible for examining the declaration of candidacy, electronically issues a receipt to the representative of the candidate organisation, provided that this declaration is submitted within the time limit mentioned in Article R. 7343-84. Compliance with the audience criterion defined in Article L. 7343-22 is assessed by the Director General of the Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi, who ensures that the amount of the contribution paid is such as to establish the reality of membership.
