I.-The persons authorised to access the “Gamete and Embryo Donation Register” for the purposes of consulting, recording and modifying data are: 1° Professionals from the health organisations or establishments mentioned in the third paragraph of Article L. 2142-1 for only the data required to carry out their duties; 2° Authorised agents of the Agence de la biomédecine and, where applicable, subcontractors recruited under the conditions provided for in Article 28…

The data mentioned in article R. 2143-11 are kept by the Agence de la biomédecine for a period of one hundred and twenty years from the date of their registration in the processing. By way of derogation from the first paragraph, in the event that a donation does not give rise to any live births, the data mentioned in 1° of article R. 2143-11 is deleted.

I.-Third-party donors receive, at the time of donation, the information provided for in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 as well as information on the limitations on their rights provided for in III. Beneficiaries of medically assisted procreation with a third-party donor are informed of the same information as part of the interviews provided for in Article L. 2141-10.
