Paragraph 1: Composition and mandate of employee representatives

The committee responsible for health, safety and working conditions referred to in E of II of Article L. 1233-5 is made up of the Director General of the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires or his representative, who chairs it, and staff representatives. Only staff representatives are entitled to take part in votes. .

The commission comprises nine full staff representatives and an equal number of alternate staff representatives. Each trade union organisation sitting on the social committee of the administration appoints, to sit on this commission, a number of full representatives equal to the number of seats it holds on this committee.
