Paragraph 3: Operation and resources

The administrative secretariat is provided under the conditions laid down in the second and third paragraphs of II of Article 83 of the above-mentioned Decree of 20 November 2020.

The committee meets at least twice a year, convened by its chairman, on his or her own initiative or, within a maximum of two months, at the written request of the full representatives of this committee.

The operation and resources of the Employees’ Rights Commission are governed by the provisions set out in Articles 81, 84 and 85, the first seven paragraphs of Article 88, the first two paragraphs of Article 89, the first five paragraphs of Article 90 and Articles 92, 97 to 99 of the aforementioned Decree of 20 November 2020 as well as Articles L. 2315-14, L. 2315-25and L. 2315-26 of the Labour…
