I.-The expert appoints a project manager to act as an intermediary with the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority. The project manager must have the appropriate skills for this task. II -Where the expertise is entrusted to a team, the identity of its members is communicated to the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

The subcontractor, whose involvement in an expert assessment may concern only part of the work, acts under the authority of the expert. For each expert assessment for which he uses a subcontractor, the expert will ensure that the subcontractor fulfils the conditions set out in 1° to 4° of Article R. 7343-104.
