Subsection 4: Obligations to declare accounts in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

In Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, credit institutions shall declare the opening, closure or modification of accounts on which cheques may be drawn and the opening, closure or modification of safe deposit box leases.
