The paediatric surgical care activity referred to in 2° of the I of article R. 6123-202, consists of the surgical care, defined in the first paragraph of article R. 6123-201, of children under the age of fifteen. If necessary, the holder of the “paediatric surgery” authorisation may provide care for children between the ages of fifteen and eighteen.
The holder of the “paediatric surgery” authorisation is a member of the specific regional paediatric surgery scheme.
