Chapter I: Appointment

The members of the advisory committees are appointed by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée published in the Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée.The members of the reading committees or individual readers are appointed under the same conditions.

The committees include an equal number of women and men as full and alternate members. If there is an odd number of seats to be filled, the difference between the number of women and the number of men may not exceed one.When a committee is made up of several colleges sitting separately, these provisions apply to each of the colleges.
