Chapter III: Operation

The Chairman of the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image Animée may take a decision in the absence of an opinion from the committee when the committee has not issued an express opinion after a further invitation.

The Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée or his representatives attend meetings of the Commission as of right.The secretariat of the Commission is provided by the relevant departments of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Minutes are drawn up by the committee secretariat. They shall indicate the names and positions of the members present or represented, the dossiers examined during the meeting and the meaning of each of the deliberations.They shall specify, where applicable, the names of members who have left the meeting.

Unless otherwise specifically provided for by a reading committee established by these general regulations, the provisions of articles 133-5,133-6,133-8,133-10,133-11,133-12 and 133-13 apply to the operation of reading committees.
