The creation of digital subtitling and audio description files and the adaptation of these files to any digital broadcast medium must comply with the methodological requirements of the Charter on the quality of subtitling for the deaf or hard of hearing of 12 December 2011 and those of the Audio Description Charter of 10 December 2008.
