Subsection 3: Advisory Committee

The approval commission is made up of twenty-four members appointed for a renewable term of two years:1° A chairman;2° A vice-chairman;3° Seven representatives of production companies;4° Two representatives of distribution companies;5° Two representatives of technical industries;6° One representative of production managers;7° One representative of cinematographers;8° Two representatives of production employees;9° Two representatives of directors;10° Two representatives of authors;11° Two representatives of performers;12° One person qualified by virtue of his/her directing…

The members of the commission, with the exception of the chairman and vice-chairman, are appointed after consultation with the most representative professional or trade union organisations.

Notwithstanding article 133-6, the commission may validly deliberate when at least six of its members are present or represented.
