The Overseas Aid Commission is made up of six members:1° The Director of Economic, Social and Cultural Affairs for Overseas France or his representative;2° Two film professionals;3° One representative of broadcasters;4° Two qualified representatives of overseas cultures.The members mentioned in 2°, 3° and 4° are appointed, after consultation with the Minister for Overseas France, for a renewable term of two years.
