Audiovisual works must not be or have been the subject of:1° An application for production aid under these provisions and under the provisions relating to aid for the production of immersive works;2° An application for preparation aid under these provisions and under the provisions relating to aid for the writing and pre-production of immersive work projects, where this aid is intended to contribute to the financing of the same expenditure.
