Section 6: Support for video publishing

Selective financial aid is granted to publishers of videograms intended for the private use of the public for the videographic edition of works that contribute to the objectives mentioned in article 422-2.

Videogram publishers meet the conditions for eligibility for financial aid set out in article 611-4.

The following works are eligible for support for video publishing:1° Long-length cinematographic work or programme of short-length cinematographic works;2° Audiovisual work in the genre of fiction, animation, creative documentary or audiovisual adaptation of a live performance.

Aid for video publishing may not have the effect of increasing the total amount of public financial aid to more than 50% of the final cost of publishing.
